For this last quarter, LFLICKS will be bringing you the ASIAN MOVIES GALORE season.
We will be posting Asian Lesbian Themed Movies (mostly with english subtitles). BUT, these are all PC-format. These are not playable on your usual dvd players. You will be needing media players on your computers/laptop to be able to view it.
I also want to apologize for some unanswered emails / texts because of my hectic work schedule. As some of you may know, LFLICKS is just my "hobby" and not a full-time, bread&butter sideline or business. So whenever i have enough free time, i can accommodate orders.

Plot: Jamie Klein is an out-of-work butch lesbian actor willing to try almost anything for a role. Not being a traditionally feminine woman, Jamie dresses up for auditions as "Femme Jamie," but has no success in landing roles. To add insult to injury, her roommate Lola's cat (named Howard) is also an actor, and he gets cast in virtually anything he auditions for. After watching Howard's acting reel, Jamie is ready to rise to the challenge and prove to herself that she can be more successful than a stupid cat. Jamie's best friend David convinces her that the way to do this is to simply be yourself, which in Jamie's case, is what she refers to as "Butch Jamie" -- short hair spiked up with gel, Doc Martin boots, a studded belt, and a neck chain. This unintentionally tips Jamie's perceived gender in the opposite direction, and she gets offered a role in a film as a man - Steve. Offended by the reality that there is little room for butch women in show biz, Jamie is reluctant to take the role, but accepts. Under the producer's requests, she is bound to confidentiality as Male Jamie and cannot reveal her true identity as a woman. On set, Jamie confronts a whole new set of hoops to jump through as a male imposter. "He" meets a flirtatious and alluring straight woman named Jill, and despite Jamie's better judgement, the two begin a hilariously complicated and sexy affair.

As family members descend and the wedding day approaches, the pressure mounts until Tala finally cracks and extricates herself. Back in London, Leyla is heartbroken but learns to break free of her own self-doubt and her mother's expectations, ditching Ali and being honest with her parents about her sexuality. When Ali and Leyla's feisty sister Zara help throw Tala and Leyla together again, Tala finds that her own preconceptions of what love can be is the final hurdle she must jump to win Leyla back.

Synopsis: This movie follows the romantic journey and soul mating of two straight women caught in a web of forbidden love. Juliet (a conservative pre-school teacher) is a bride to be who befriends and hires Rome (a liberated businesswoman) as her wedding planner. As they go through the preparations, Rome and Juliet develop a deep friendship, a soulful connection and a love that is physically consummated. But conflicts arise when Marc, the groom who is a young politician, shockingly discovers the ongoing relationship between the two women. Angered and humiliated, Marc calls off the wedding and a huge scandal explodes, leaving Rome and Juliet in a state of emotional turmoil. Not long after, Juliet is driven away from home by her mother, gets fired from work and later becomes a victim of a road mishap that puts her in a coma. But in the end, despite all the trials and hurdles Rome and Juliet's unconventional love for each other remains strong and intense.
