Plot Outline: A lesbian couple contemplating marriage and a family with a gay teen son taking in an unexpected visitor from the past find their lives not so far apart.
Synopsis: FLOORED BY LOVE is a sweet and heartwarming slice-of-life family comedy, taking us into the homes of a lesbian couple contemplating marriage and a Jewish family struggling to keep the affection of their newly out gay son. With Cara and Janet, things are great and going strong, until Canada legalizes gay marriage. Now that they can, Janet wants to get married! This isn't the simplest decision for Cara, who isn't out to her parents. Meanwhile, Norman is trying to help his stepson in his coming-out process, just when the young man’s biological father, a flashy gay actor, comes to visit and upstages Norman's every move. These two families navigate through many layers of love for each other, and at the end of the journey discover their lives are not so far apart.
Some real fangs is a hilarious send-up of a traditional vampire tale. Tara, heir to the lesbian vampire tradition in her family, must find her true love before the next full moon, or wait another 120 years to get her real fangs. With the help of her best friends and some fantastic dance numbers, Tara is on the hunt for love, but can she find it before it's too late
