Plot:Kate (Cicely Mendoza) joins a book club and recommends a lesbian novel to the group of unassuming straight socialites.
Kate (Cicely Mendoza) has been sailing the seas of love searching for the woman of her dreams. When she reluctantly joins a book club as a favor to her friend Hannah, what begins as a chore quickly turns into recess when Kate recommends a lesbian novel to the group of unassuming straight socialites. As the book club members dive into the novel, the story comes to life as the dashing female pirate "Raven" seduces damsels while hunting for buried treasure. Meanwhile Kate's love life isn't nearly as exciting. She has a crush on Hannah. When the women are together Kate suspects Hannah feels the same. But Hannah has a boyfriend. So Kate's best friends, Frank and Travis try to help Kate by setting her up on a series of blind dates.
